When the Lead shares a deal, you decide yourself whether and how much to invest — fully digital, without a notary, directly into the startup. Through our Profit Participation Rights you are put on an equal economic footing with the shareholders.
Via beel’s secondary market you can sell your Profit Participation Rights — provided the startup enables it. That gives you an option for early liquidity without waiting for an exit.
Then you’ll find an overview here of all startups using beel. Investments run via Profit Participation Rights, which give you the economic position of a shareholder: dividends, exit and liquidation proceeds, with no notary appointment and no commercial-register entry.
